End User License Agreement

Subject to these terms, CertifiedData grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes during your subscription period.

This license covers the generation interface, API access, certificate issuance tools, and verification endpoints.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign your license rights without prior written consent.

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

You may not use the Platform to generate or certify content that violates applicable laws or these terms.

You may not interfere with the Platform's cryptographic infrastructure, including attempts to forge, duplicate, or invalidate certificates.

API access is subject to rate limits specified in your plan. Automated access must comply with the documented API specification.

You are responsible for securing your API keys. Compromised keys should be reported and rotated immediately.

Certificates issued to you are verifiable records tied to your account and dataset fingerprint. You may share, display, and reference certificates in compliance and governance documentation.

The Ed25519 signatures in certificates are generated using CertifiedData's signing infrastructure. You may not represent certificates as issued by any other party.

Certificate verification is publicly available via the CertifiedData verification API and is not restricted by license.

Datasets generated via the Platform are delivered to you for your use. You own the generated data subject to any applicable data governance policies in your organization.

CertifiedData does not claim ownership of your generated datasets. We retain only the certificate metadata necessary for public verification.

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. CertifiedData may also terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or other material breaches.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Certificate records already issued and logged to the transparency log remain valid and publicly verifiable.
