Directory dispute process
CertifiedData keeps directory listings separate from certificates. If a profile, claim, evidence note, disclosure, or status appears incorrect, use the process below to request review.
Profile under dispute
Vendor slug: gretel
Identify the exact page URL, claim text, evidence note, disclosure field, or verification status you believe is incorrect.
Include public documentation, vendor-submitted materials, or other evidence that supports the correction. Unsupported disputes may be logged but not accepted.
The disputed content, timestamp, submitter identity, and proposed correction should be logged for auditability before review begins.
CertifiedData may update the claim, retract the claim, mark the claim disputed, or deny the dispute with reasoning. Public dispute ledger support should be added in the database-backed phase.
This launch page documents the dispute process before the database-backed form is wired. The next implementation step is a server action or API route that stores disputes, hashes the disputed record, and publishes dispute outcomes to a public ledger.
